The Michigan India Chamber of Commerce (MIICC) is a business and professional networking organization. Our mission is to create new business, opportunities, and relationships through networking.
The Michigan India Chamber of Commerce membership and meetings are open to all. No, you don't have to be a business owner to join. We welcome participation from career professionals, non-profits, students, retired professionals and business owners.
Our monthly meetings have the following format:
General Networking - 30 minutes
Guest Speaker Presentation - 40 minutes
Round Table Introductions - 45-60 minutes
General Networking - 30 minutes
You benefit from being able to meet individuals one on one through a personalized introduction that we help facilitate. We also give you the opportunity to do your 30 second commercial to the entire group. And you have the opportunity to continue networking after the meeting is concluded and before adjourning for the night.
Networking is a very important need regardless of whether we are seeking a job or seeking new business. Through networking, we have the opportunity to create a wider circle of supporters who can assist us in achieving our professional and personal goals. Networking requires time and effort. Networking cannot be done one time only nor can it be done periodically. Networking must be doing ongoing so that we can build long-term relationships and gain long-term benefits.
